Correction & Erratum Policy

Correction & Erratum Policy

INOVASI: Jurnal Diklat Keagamaan follows the correction and erratum guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the scholarly record.

1. Corrections
Corrections are issued for significant errors discovered after publication that do not alter the main findings or conclusions of the article. These may include inaccuracies in author names, affiliations, typographical errors, or minor issues in tables, figures, or references. Corrections are published as separate documents and linked to the original article.

2. Erratum
Errata are issued for mistakes introduced by the editorial or production team, such as layout errors, incorrect placement of tables/figures, or editing mistakes that affect meaning. The journal will publish an official erratum notice detailing the correction.

3. Transparency
Original articles remain accessible and will not be removed. All corrections and erratum notices are clearly dated, citable, and linked to the corrected version of the article to ensure transparency and integrity.
